Leadership & Executive Coaching

Lead with intention. Grow with purpose. Stay connected to yourself.

Leadership is about more than the decisions we make, the responsibilities we carry, or the results we achieve.

It’s also about who we are, how we relate to others, and how we navigate the challenges, opportunities, and changes that come with leading.

Whether you’re stepping into a new leadership role, managing a team, building a business, or navigating the complexities of executive leadership, there are times when having space to reflect, gain perspective, and grow can make a meaningful difference.

I believe that good leadership begins with self-awareness.

When we better understand ourselves, our values, our relationships, and the environments in which we work, we become more intentional in how we lead.

My approach to leadership and executive coaching is grounded in that belief.

Leadership Begins With You

We often think about leadership in terms of skills, strategies, and outcomes. And while those things matter, I believe there’s another important part of leadership development: understanding the person behind the role.

What shapes the way you lead?

How do your experiences, values, and relationships influence the decisions you make?

How do you navigate pressure, uncertainty, expectations, and change?

And perhaps most importantly, what kind of leader do you want to be?

These are some of the questions we can explore together.

My coaching approach brings together more than 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, a background in elite athletics and high-performance environments, and training in leadership coaching.

Through a whole-person lens, I integrate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and an understanding of the personal and organizational systems that influence leadership.

The goal isn’t to become someone else. It’s to develop a deeper understanding of yourself so you can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Who I Work With

I work with high-performing professionals and leaders at different stages of their careers, including:

  • Emerging leaders developing their leadership identity and navigating new responsibilities.
  • Established leaders and executives seeking to strengthen their leadership approach, relationships, and decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurs and business owners navigating the personal and professional demands of building and leading a business.
  • Organizational leaders participating in employer-sponsored coaching to support their continued growth and development.

You don’t need to be struggling to benefit from coaching.

Sometimes, you’re simply ready to grow, gain perspective, or approach leadership in a more intentional way.

What We Can Work On Together

Every coaching relationship is unique. Our work is shaped by your goals, experiences, values, and the opportunities or challenges you’re navigating.

Areas we may explore include:

Self-Awareness & Emotional Intelligence

Understanding your patterns, strengths, emotional responses, and how they influence your leadership and relationships.

Values, Purpose & Authentic Leadership

Clarifying what matters most to you and developing a leadership approach that reflects your values and priorities.

Confidence & Executive Presence

Strengthening your ability to trust yourself, communicate effectively, and lead through uncertainty.

Communication & Relationships

Navigating difficult conversations, understanding interpersonal dynamics, setting boundaries, and building meaningful professional relationships.

Change & Leadership Transitions

Approaching new roles, shifting responsibilities, organizational change, and professional growth with greater clarity and intention.

Balance & Sustainable Leadership

Exploring how to meet professional responsibilities while maintaining meaningful connections, personal well-being, and a life beyond work.

My Approach to Coaching

I believe meaningful growth happens through curiosity, reflection, awareness, and action.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership. I won’t hand you a formula for becoming a successful leader or tell you who you should be.

Instead, we’ll create space to explore your goals, challenge assumptions, identify patterns, and develop practical ways to move forward.

Our work may include reflective conversations, values exploration, goal setting, mindfulness practices, and opportunities to apply what you’re learning in your everyday leadership experiences.

We’ll also consider the larger environments and relationships that influence your work. Leadership doesn’t happen in isolation, and understanding the systems around us is an important part of understanding ourselves.

My hope is that you leave our work with not only new strategies, but also a deeper understanding of yourself and greater confidence in the leader you’re becoming.

Coaching Opportunities

I offer two individual coaching experiences, each designed to provide dedicated time for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.

Leadership Clarity | 3 Months

A focused coaching partnership for professionals navigating a transition, exploring their leadership identity, or working toward specific leadership goals.

Intentional Leadership | 6 Months

A more comprehensive coaching experience for leaders seeking to deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and develop sustainable leadership practices over time.

Executive Coaching for Organizations

I also partner with organizations seeking to invest in the professional growth of their leaders through individualized executive coaching.

Each organizational engagement is designed collaboratively, with attention to the leader’s goals, the organization’s priorities, and the importance of confidentiality and trust.
