Abigail Cherry is one of our own! A former athlete turned licensed therapist and researcher at Belmont University, Abigail is conducting a new study on mindfulness in active college athletes.

Her research explores how mindfulness affects stress management during competition, overall performance and recovery, and mental well-being in NCAA athletes.

And she’s looking for participants right now.

This short-term, athlete-friendly study includes:

✅ A free 4-week self-guided mindfulness program using the UCLA Mindful App
Three brief assessments (each takes about 15 minutes)
Completely confidential participation
